What you will do

• Set and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and create actionable modernization plans.
• Specify technical standards and patterns for a secure, scalable governance operating model.
• Design high-level architecture strategies and guide implementation teams on components and patterns.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to transform requirements into scalable design specifications.
• Oversee the adoption of best practices through the Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Authority.
• Manage third-party vendor and partner engagements through RFI/RFP processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution or Enterprise Architecture roles.
• Proven track record of senior stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.
• Expertise in integrating Cloud/SaaS applications, APIs, and legacy systems.
• Experience working within mixed-vendor multi-cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lisbon, Portugal to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Certification or experience with TOGAF or similar EA frameworks.
• Experience in IT cost optimization and application rationalization programs.
• Knowledge of build, deployment, and release automation processes.
