Salary: £35,000–£45,000.

What you will do

• Lead performance analysis for the Claims operation to identify trends and reduce leakage.
• Quantify and integrate process changes into the reserving cycle.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Calculate and evaluate cost-saving initiatives (CSIs) for the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels, including Exec/C-Suite, to provide actionable insights.
• Prioritize insight requests to ensure high-quality delivery against tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Liverpool, UK.
• Must have at least one year remaining on a Graduate or Post-Study Work visa (no sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience building data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Experience in the insurance or claims sector is highly advantageous.
