Location: Hybrid in Galway, Ireland (primarily office-based)

Salary: from 3500 EUR / Gross per month + bonus

What you will do

  • Identify and engage potential customers across target industries in Ireland.
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Present fleet management, asset tracking, and telematics solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams, providing market feedback to refine the sales approach.

Requirements

  • Native English proficiency with exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Confidence and resilience in outbound prospecting and commercial conversations.
  • Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly master CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Galway office.
