Location: Hybrid in Galway, Ireland (primarily office-based)
Salary: from 3500 EUR / Gross per month + bonus

What you will do
- Identify and engage potential customers across target industries in Ireland.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Present fleet management, asset tracking, and telematics solutions to key decision-makers.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Collaborate with Product and Growth teams, providing market feedback to refine the sales approach.
Requirements
- Native English proficiency with exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Confidence and resilience in outbound prospecting and commercial conversations.
- Strong skills in discovery, presentation, and negotiation.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly master CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Galway office.
