• Design and implement AI-driven flows for lead discovery, scoring, and routing.
• Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents that handle end-to-end marketing and sales tasks.
• Produce on-brand content and campaigns using AI while maintaining high quality standards.
• Set up personalized outbound flows based on buying signals and intent.
• Document and templatize proven systems to ensure scalability across different markets.

Требования

• Fluent in Polish and English (verbal and written)
• Proven experience building and shipping AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents.
• Solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing dynamics, including ICP and pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and modern GTM stacks like Clay, n8n, or Apollo.
• Ability to define metrics, run experiments, and evaluate AI model outputs.
• Strong judgment on brand voice and content quality.
