What you will do

• Drive front-end technical strategy across Account Experience teams, covering architecture and component-system decisions.
• Own the architecture of a data-dense merchant platform, focusing on state management and performance characteristics.
• Develop the front-end architecture for the hirify.global AI Companion to ensure a native feel within the platform.
• Maintain a coherent experience across Account Setup, Monitors, and Workflows via shared design-system foundations.
• Mentor engineers through code and design reviews to raise the overall front-end technical bar across teams.
• Own accessibility, performance budgets, and front-end observability as first-class concerns.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience at Staff or Principal level, setting technical direction across multiple teams.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and React with a track record of architecting complex web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of state management at scale, accessibility, and component-system design.
• Ability to reason about backend APIs and services to partner effectively with backend engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for articulating technical decisions to stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, or South Africa.
