What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial co-pilot to the CIO and IT leadership team.
• Develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks.
• Lead the creation of robust business cases for high-impact technology initiatives.
• Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function.
• Ensure accurate, transparent, and IFRS-compliant financial reporting.
• Monitor budgets and investment performance to balance discipline with flexibility.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of IFRS, particularly CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in eCommerce environments or digital business models.
• Confident communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and challenging the status quo.
