What you will do

• Construct and simulate financial models to support business plans and ROI calculations.
• Design a global reporting architecture for countries, cost centers, and contracts.
• Implement standard work processes for budgeting and reporting to drive efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights into cost structures and SLA performance.
• Perform detailed analysis of financial results against forecasts and identify business risks.
• Ensure 100% compliance with GAAP and company financial policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on accounting and finance.
• Previous work experience in controlling, ideally in an international matrix company.
• Profound knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting processes, and reporting.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office (Excel), and MS Dynamics.
• Excellent knowledge of English and German or Italian required.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
