What you will do

• Lead and supervise ESS Installation Technicians at project sites while performing installation tasks.
• Execute physical installation including rack build-outs, panel terminations, and device IPing.
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to maintain job schedules.
• Interpret drawing packages and Bill of Materials (BOM) to implement finished systems.
• Maintain detailed records of work, project issues, and site inventory using OneNote.
• Delegate work and communicate with key stakeholders on behalf of the Project Manager.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing access control and video surveillance in large-scale commercial environments.
• Proven experience supervising, training, and coaching other technicians.
• Proficiency with security systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, or Bosch.
• Ability to read and understand project drawings, Programming Matrices, and SRDs.
• Clean driving record and ability to obtain security clearance/registration.
• Physical ability to lift 40lbs, climb ladders, and work in construction site conditions.
