What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for 10-20 active requisitions.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using cold outreach and advanced search techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to negotiate and deliver competitive offers.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear and consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation within the ATS.
• Adapt quickly to shifting business priorities and hiring needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in technical or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of compensation structures.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Must be based in Hsinchu City, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in contract recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
