TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Partner (HR): Managing full-cycle recruitment for sales-related roles within the for Business group with an accent on stakeholder management and strategic talent planning. Focus on building strong partnerships with business leaders, developing university pipelines, and implementing innovative recruitment practices across the APAC region.
Location: Must be based in Hsinchu, Taiwan (Hybrid/Remote role).

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales roles in the AP region.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to provide consultative recruitment solutions.
- Oversee talent planning, intake meetings, candidate closing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain university relationships to build intern hiring pipelines.
- Implement strategic approaches for managing contingent workers.
- Collaborate with global TA teams in the US, APAC, and EMEA to standardize recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in-house.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment for sales positions in the consumer electronics industry.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in both onsite and remote environments.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in implementing and evaluating TA processes and programs.
