What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans tailored to the crypto/Web3 industry.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and source specialized blockchain talent.
  • Lead initiatives to improve candidate experience and onboarding processes.
  • Perform market mapping to identify talent trends and proactively build candidate pipelines.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and recruitment agencies.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership regarding workforce planning and labor market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain sectors.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for a tech-driven environment.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced landscape.
