What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for roles in the crypto and blockchain sectors.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Lead recruitment projects focused on diversity and employer branding tailored to the crypto community.
• Utilize direct sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates in the tech market.
• Perform market mapping to analyze talent pools, key players, and competitor strategies.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within tech, crypto, or blockchain environments.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships in a tech-driven environment.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and market trends.
• Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.
