Location: Must be based in Colombia. Work hours: 7am - 3:30pm Colombia time (preferable).

A specialty green coffee sourcing and distribution startup headquartered in Amsterdam, focused on traceability and transparency in the coffee supply chain.

What you will do

• Communicate with coffee providers to gather farm information, pricing, and media.
• Conduct market research on specialty coffee producers and industry events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with green coffee providers across South and Central America.
• Manage the preparation of offer lists and commercial sourcing documentation.
• Translate marketing materials for external partner communications.
• Assist the logistics team with freight communication and shipment tracking.
• Travel to coffee origins and farms to expand the sourcing network.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Must be based in Colombia.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Access to a reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
• Willingness to travel to coffee farms in South and Central America.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience or understanding of the specialty coffee industry.
• Persistent curiosity and proactive problem-solving skills.
