What you will do

• Coordinate project schedules, task lists, and deliverables across internal and external teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and satisfaction.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear, timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Perform field verification of work sites and document potential issues or solutions.
• Oversee system programming, final checkout, and project turnover to clients and service departments.
• Provide administrative and technical support to project team members under the guidance of senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 1+ year of project administration or project management experience.
• Solid understanding of PMP methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in a client-facing role with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial construction trades or Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• PMP or Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) certification.
• Knowledge of Lenel, Genetec, or Avigilon systems.
