What you will do

• Ensure commission calculations in CaptivateIQ align with approved plans and policies.
• Validate and manually calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions.
• Review source data including bookings, quotas, and attainment for accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end commission cycles, including reconciliation and dispute resolution.
• Serve as the primary Finance contact for Sales, Sales Operations, and HR regarding commission inquiries.
• Prepare commission and bonus accrual data for accounting period closes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales commission administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Everstage, or similar commissioning tools.
• Strong analytical and commission modeling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak periods like annual plan rollouts.

Nice to have

• Experience in Sales Operations or Finance supporting Sales teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
