AI Delivery Intern (AI): Supporting the establishment of scalable delivery operations and AI enablement initiatives with an accent on project administration and workflow automation. Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - based in the London office 2-3 days per week

Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata)

What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations of the Delivery function, maintaining documentation, trackers, and governance materials.
• Produce and distribute regular delivery and operational reports for leadership teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive delivery processes and workflows.
• Assist in evaluating project management and productivity tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Support proof-of-concept initiatives exploring AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms.
• Genuine interest in process improvement and AI technologies.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from the London office (2-3 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience with project coordination, PMO, or operations activities.
• Familiarity with workflow automation platforms or AI productivity tools.
