What you will do

• Own the entire design process from ideation to implementation, including UX, UI, prototyping, and research.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
• Prototype, test, and iterate design ideas with pace and energy.
• Synthesize customer research and testing observations into actionable insights.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate design decisions effectively to both experts and non-designers.
• Support core product domains such as Lifecycle, Crypto, Investments, or Trading.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end product design experience.
• Experience in financial markets or similarly complex, regulated domains (e.g., fintech, insurance).
• Proven ability to optimize product funnels using data and metrics.
• Strong visual design skills, including micro-interactions and interface design.
• Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and utilizing AI tools for iteration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.

• Animation or micro-interaction experience.
