What you will do

• Design polished product experiences for onboarding, investing, and portfolio flows across web, iOS, and Android
• Own features from discovery to launch, partnering with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing
• Validate concepts through user interviews, usability tests, and competitor research
• Analyze behavioral data and define success metrics to iterate on product launches
• Deliver high-fidelity wireframes, UI designs, and documentation aligned with the design system
• Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to maintain high craft standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end problem solving
• Proven track record of owning product features from the discovery phase through to launch
• Strong UX and visual design skills to simplify complex financial workflows
• Evidence-based approach to research and the ability to justify design decisions
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share work early and incorporate feedback
• Genuine interest in personal finance, investing, or the fintech industry

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries
• Collaboration experience with Legal, Compliance, or Risk teams
• Experience with multi-market or multi-language product design
• Skills in information design for complex data visualization
• Contribution to design systems and experience with A/B testing
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
