What you will do

• Build and maintain core processes, documentation, and onboarding materials for the Creative Production team.
• Coordinate team rhythms, including planning sessions, status updates, and follow-ups to ensure alignment.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration between producers, strategists, and platform teams.
• Identify and automate repetitive operational tasks using AI agents and operational tooling.
• Partner with AI and MarTech teams to develop smarter, more scalable workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, project management, or business operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Proven experience building processes and operational systems from the ground up.
• Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on identifying patterns and bottlenecks.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable, Notion, or similar project management and automation platforms.
