What you will do

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business priorities and employer brand objectives.
• Create engaging content across multiple channels including Slack, intranet, newsletters, and leadership communications.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft strategic messaging and support change management initiatives.
• Plan and execute internal events and engagement activities to strengthen company culture.
• Coordinate corporate volunteering and social impact initiatives to reinforce the company's purpose.
• Leverage AI tools to generate insights and optimize internal communication processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, or Employer Branding.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze engagement metrics.
