What you will do

• Provide strategic communications advice to business units to deliver best-practice internal communications.
• Develop engaging materials for internal channels, including company-wide town halls and the corporate intranet.
• Implement internal communication strategies to strengthen company culture and align business units.
• Write and edit high-quality copy tailored for various internal stakeholders.
• Support the maintenance of the corporate website and social media channels.
• Promote Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, including sponsorship and event activations.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
• 3+ years of corporate communications experience within a fast-paced, medium to large company.
• Proven experience in internal communications and managing stakeholder engagement across various levels.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills with a high attention to detail.
• Must be based in Australia
