TL;DR

Founder's Associate (Management): Acting as a versatile partner to leadership, tackling high-impact strategic initiatives across product, marketing, and finance with an accent on rapid research, data-driven analysis, and hands-on execution. Focus on optimizing operational excellence, driving cross-functional sprints, and solving complex business challenges to scale the company.

Location: Must be based in Berlin (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary: €70K – €90K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Spearhead high-priority strategic projects across product, marketing, and finance.
• Conduct rapid data analysis and build solutions in close collaboration with the CEO and Founders.
• Identify internal inefficiencies and implement new tools to enhance productivity.
• Act as a central catalyst between technical and business teams to ensure alignment.
• Perform competitive analysis and financial modeling to evaluate new ventures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin and able to work 5 days a week in the office.
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly master new business models and technical concepts.
• Experience taking full ownership of projects in high-growth startups or top-tier consulting.
• Proficiency in structuring ambiguous challenges and deriving actionable insights.
• High degree of self-motivation and a hands-on execution attitude.
