Impact Assessment Apprentice (Sustainability)

Impact Assessment Apprentice (Sustainability): Supporting the design and management of impact assessments for nature-based projects with an accent on regenerative agriculture, watershed protection, and recycling. Location: Rueil-Malmaison, France (Hybrid: up to 2 days/week remote)

What you will do

• Contribute to the design of pre-design studies and impact assessments for nature projects (Regenerative Agriculture, Watershed protection, Recycling).
• Develop Theories of Change and write Research for Proposals.
• Coordinate with local experts, manage research protocols, and lead sensemaking workshops.
• Help finalize an "impact toolkit" to empower project coordinators.
• Formalize research outcomes into accessible knowledge for co-financers, NGOs, and policymakers.
• Support the engagement team in communicating and valorizing impact expertise.

Requirements

• Must be available from September 2026 for a duration of 1 year.
• Education level of Bac+4/5 from a university, business school, or engineering school.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative impact assessment, research, and project management.
• Expertise in multidisciplinary fields such as agriculture, environment, food, health, or sustainability.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders (NGOs, research centers).

Nice to have

• Professional level of French.
• Proficiency in Spanish.
