What you will do

• Define and uphold narrative vision, tone, and storytelling goals for the Battlefield game world.
• Design and iterate narrative systems, including dialogue, branching logic, and environmental storytelling.
• Oversee the integration of narrative elements with gameplay, UI, and player progression.
• Manage cross-disciplinary stakeholders to ensure alignment between design, art, audio, and engineering.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure smooth production and delivery.
• Maintain clear project visibility through documentation and tools like Jira and Slack.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Narrative Design with at least 1-2 shipped AAA titles (FPS/action preferred).
• Proficiency with game engines such as Unreal, Unity, or Frostbite.
• Experience with scripting and production tools including Jira and Perforce.
• Strong knowledge of narrative structure, character development, and interactive storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Battlefield franchise and military action stories.
