What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain data science solutions using software engineering best practices.
• Convert data science prototypes (PoCs) into production-quality ML solutions.
• Implement large-scale ML solutions in on-premises or cloud-based environments.
• Create and improve methods and tools, contributing to DS/ML best practices.
• Foster knowledge exchange regarding code quality and engineering standards within the team.
• Present the company's MLE and DS expertise at workshops and conferences.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a field with strong statistical/mathematical foundations.
• Typically 2+ years of professional experience.
• Expert proficiency in Python and its statistical ecosystem.
• Strong statistical knowledge in survey statistics, econometric modelling, causal inference, or experimental design.
• Experience working with Docker.
• English: Proficiency for communication in a business environment required.
