What you will do

• Design, code, train, and tune neural networks for real-world production use cases.
• Manage the full ML lifecycle, from gathering and refining data to deploying models at scale with high throughput and uptime.
• Collaborate closely with Backend and DevOps teams, as well as internal data labeling services.
• Implement OWASP security techniques to protect code from vulnerabilities.
• Analyze production results to continuously iterate and improve model accuracy and speed.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field with significant coursework in mathematics or statistics.
• 1-2 years of industry experience in machine learning.
• Proven experience training and deploying deep learning models (image, NLP, video, or audio) into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python and high-level ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Caffe.
• Ability to prototype data pipelines using Python, Node, bash, and Linux command-line tools.
• Must be located in or able to work from San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of C++, Scala/Spark, SQL, Cassandra, or Docker.
• Deep understanding of the latest neural network research and architectures.
