Business Analyst (Trading Platforms) (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid schedule with 3 days from the office and 2 days from home

What you will do

• Gather and elicit business and system requirements for integration services connected to MT4, MT5, cTrader, and the in-house trading platform.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews, identify process gaps and redundancies, and define system boundaries.
• Document current and future-state processes, requirements, flow diagrams, data mappings, guides, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, developers, vendors, Trading Desk, Risk, and other squads to design business flows and system solutions.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and stakeholder validation while ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and compliance.
• Support estimation and change management by clarifying requirements, presenting proposed solutions, and addressing process issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business or System Analyst working with trading platform integrations, plugins, middleware, or similar backend services.
• Experience with MT4, MT5, and cTrader trading platforms.
• Understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
• Availability for a hybrid schedule in Limassol: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
