TL;DR

Trading Platforms Business/System Analyst (Fintech): Gathering and documenting business and system requirements for trading platform integrations (MT4, MT5, cTrader) with an accent on middleware services and broker eco-system connectivity. Focus on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data accuracy.

Location: Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus) — 3 days from the office, 2 days from home

What you will do

  • Gather and elicit system requirements for integration services through workshops and interviews with various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and Trading/Risk teams to design business flows and system solutions.
  • Document AS IS and TO BE states, business processes, flow diagrams, and data mapping across trading platforms.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and create user guides and manuals for stakeholders.
  • Participate in system testing and UAT to ensure data accuracy, stability, and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, vendors, and developers to clarify requirements and improve estimations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business/System Analyst focusing on trading platform integrations, plugins, or middleware services.
  • Hands-on experience working with trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, and cTrader.
  • Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders.
