Enterprise Applications Engineer

What you will do

• Support production application products as part of a global operations team.
• Monitor and improve the performance, availability, security, recovery, and throughput of application services.
• Provide rotational 24x7 on-call support, diagnosing, triaging, and resolving system outages.
• Maintain accurate design, infrastructure, process, and operational documentation.
• Facilitate production deployments.

Requirements

• Senior-level technical experience supporting production application services.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, multi-tier web applications, middleware, containers, databases, networking, and Citrix/VDI.
• Experience with public and private cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as VMware environments.
• Knowledge of source control management and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of application architecture, databases, F5, and HAProxy.
• Ability to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Java, .NET, and Python.
