What you will do

• Lead direction for designing and building new-generation UI and/or backend test automation solutions, delivering product epics from design and coding to automated testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Drive quality through code reviews, constructive feedback, and anticipating issues while growing more junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment across components and implement root-cause fixes.
• Design secure, reliable, and highly scalable backend and frontend solutions for user stories and product epics, with arguments backed by solid data.
• Mentor team members and collaborate across teams; lead estimation, decomposition of epics, and continuous improvement of team practices.
• Present completed work in product demos with clear technical and design communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/Java automation frameworks and exposure to web development frameworks (Angular preferred).
• Experience with browser JavaScript APIs (e.g., DOM, postMessage, localStorage).
• Working experience with REST APIs and/or other API technologies.
• Experience with AI in testing, including nondeterministic testing, AI skills, and agents.
• Version control tools and processes (e.g., Git and Gitflow).
• English: good written and verbal communication skills.
