What you will do

• Architect scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Integrate automation into Azure DevOps pipelines, including test plans and traceability.
• Design AI-driven automation leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Claude, and Azure Document Intelligence.
• Build reusable API testing frameworks using Postman, GraphQL, and PactumJS.
• Implement CI/CD orchestration, logging, observability, and failure analytics.
• Support complex document-heavy workflows, including OCR validation and compliance disclosures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#.
• Proven experience designing and implementing automation frameworks at scale.
• Deep understanding of AI-driven testing approaches.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Architect-level ability to define long-term strategy and vision.
• Must be based in Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, or Uruguay

Nice to have

• Experience in Mortgage, FinTech, or other highly regulated domains.
• Experience integrating LLMs into engineering or QA workflows.
