What you will do

• Define, execute, and maintain automated test setups including functional, integration, contract, performance, and load testing.
• Develop and align testing strategies at the domain level and ensure the availability of suitable test data.
• Coach and guide junior Quality Engineers to improve their expertise across the full software delivery cycle.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure testable feature specifications using BDD and TDD approaches.
• Research and evaluate new tools and processes to advance tooling and embed all-team quality ownership.
• Contribute to Communities of Practice and shared initiatives within an international, multi-cultural team.

Requirements

• Deep practical expertise in quality assurance practices and tools within an agile context at scale.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript using the Playwright framework.
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies and services.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI.
• Experience in end-to-end application testing, including RESTful services and frontend applications.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Performance Testing in Gatling Cloud.
• Knowledge of code security tools such as SonarQube.
