What you will do

• Support the Chief Diversity Officer in devising and implementing D&I strategies and action plans.
• Manage and update the D&I database, preparing statistics and analytical reports.
• Conduct independent research and benchmarking on D&I best practices in international and tech-driven organizations.
• Draft internal communications, articles, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Coordinate and organize workshops, international days, and events related to diversity and inclusion.
• Provide policy analysis and ad hoc studies to support organizational decision-making.

Requirements

• Master's degree in economics, law, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of French or Italian.
• Demonstrated ability to draft policy briefs and provide strategic advice.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.
