What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the technical customer engineering team across Mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
• Guide team execution for demos, technical discovery, POCs, solution design, and post-sales technical guidance.
• Partner with GTM leadership to prioritize high-impact accounts and accelerate pipeline progression.
• Oversee Professional Services delivery for strategic accounts, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes.
• Define and maintain regional delivery standards and project governance frameworks.
• Represent the regional technical perspective in account planning and leadership discussions.

Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams such as Sales Engineering or Technical Account Management.
• Deep understanding of AI, SaaS/cloud platforms, enterprise software architecture, and security.
• Proven expertise across both pre-sales and post-sales customer motions.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Experience overseeing Professional Services engagements and project governance.
• Ability to lead operations within Greater China (Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong).
