What you will do
- Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals (Trading and Payment), managing hiring, development, and pipeline building.
- Lead technical design and delivery for core features, including trading systems, wallet asset management, and AI-powered trading products.
- Integrate AI into product decisions and design to reshape user expectations and improve R&D efficiency.
- Drive tech stack alignment and establish high engineering quality standards for crypto security, including private key protection and attack prevention.
- Partner with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance teams to drive cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years managing technical teams.
- Expert command of React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, and performance optimization.
- Proven experience leading frontend for products with 1M+ DAU in high-concurrency environments.
- Deep knowledge of CEX/DEX trading, Web3 wallets, and the Web3 ecosystem (ethers.js, wagmi, viem, WalletConnect).
- Ability to decompose complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences.
- Bilingual proficiency: Fluent English for technical discussions and international collaboration.
