What you will do

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment procedures across teams and act as a safety role model.
• Manage and develop direct reports through coaching, performance appraisals, and skill-building assignments.
• Drive realization of operational KPIs and contribute to factory planning and optimization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and foster a CI culture within the team.
• Provide reports and analyses on team performance to management.
• Build stakeholder networks and represent the organization in operational decisions.

Requirements

• Good English proficiency
• Bachelor or Master degree in Science/Engineering (Optical engineering preferred)
• At least 2 years experience leading teams, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
