What you will do

• Guide technical architecture and ensure high code quality using your engineering background.
• Partner with US-based product, design, and executive teams to align on vision and delivery.
• Lead local hiring efforts to scale the engineering organization in Taipei.
• Implement structures and processes to support rapid growth without sacrificing speed.
• Manage and re-prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Engineering with at least 2+ years of management experience.
• High proficiency in English and Mandarin for global communication.
• Willingness to work flexible, nightly hours to align with US time zones.
• Proven experience working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Deep understanding of system design and a clear leadership philosophy.
