What you will do

• Design and own the digital trackhirify.global strategy across open and secure platforms to measure customer journeys and sales funnels.
• Manage implementation and optimization of digital analytics, tag management, and cookie solutions from taxonomy design to validation.
• Translate data into actionable insights by identifyhirify.global drop-out points, conversion opportunities, and experience gaps.
• Create and automate E2E sales funnel dashboards and KPIs for both executive and detailed performance views.
• Provide consultancy and analytics architecture guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead regular tagghirify.global audits to ensure high data quality and continuously improve trackhirify.global accuracy.

Requirements

• Solid background in digital or web analytics with experience influenchirify.global business decisions.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics, Adjust, GTM, and Tealium.
• Ability to translate complex technical trackhirify.global setups into clear business outcomes.
• Knowledge of the paid media ecosystem includhirify.global Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across different levels.
• Must be based in Romania for hybrid work attendance.
