What you will do

• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports covering network growth, service performance, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as retreading percentage, fitment rate, cost per vehicle, and SLA adherence.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting to management with actionable business insights.
• Ensure data integrity and identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
• Analyze service demand and fleet growth trends to support network expansion and partner onboarding.
• Measure the impact of new service offerings and digital solutions through data-driven analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with large datasets, KPI monitoring, and dashboard development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with operational teams and management.
