What you will do

• Design, implement, and monitor non-financial risk control frameworks for Wholesale and Private Bankhirify.global.
• Perform gap analyses and recommend pragmatic solutions for control deficiencies.
• Coordinate Key Control Testhirify.global (KCT) and facilitate Entity Risk Assessments (ERA).
• Act as a gatekeeper for the Product Approval & Review Process (PARP) framework.
• Collaborate with 2nd Line of Defense functions to ensure aligned plannhirify.global and prioritization.
• Prepare senior management reporthirify.global with clear, forward-lookhirify.global insights.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, specifically in risk management, compliance, internal audit, or control functions.
• Strong understandhirify.global of non-financial risk frameworks and control environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
