What you will do

• Support the implementation and customization of e-banking tools for corporate clients.
• Manage user access and configuration updates for existing contracts.
• Contribute to the daily management of digital banking platforms.
• Process payment flows via Multiline and monitor transaction lifecycles.
• Provide helpdesk support to clients via phone and email regarding setup and technical issues.
• Guide clients through migrations to new digital tools.

Requirements

• Must be a student with a valid internship agreement (school convention).
• Strong interest in banking, finance, and digital tools.
• French proficiency (C1 level) required for client interaction.
• English proficiency (B2 level) required for professional communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Luxembourg.
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn in an international environment.
