Location: Hybrid in Luxembourg (at least four full days per week in office)

What you will do

• Lead the in-house accounting oversight team for private market investments.
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex transactions, deal structuring, and fair value accounting.
• Oversee third-party fund administrators and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage internal and external treasury operations.
• Collaborate with legal and tax teams to ensure compliance and evaluate transaction risks.
• Support the development of scalable systems and processes for business growth.

Requirements

• CPA or chartered accountant designation required.
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with significant expertise in private markets.
• Deep understanding of fund structures, investment accounting, and valuation methodologies.
• Experience managing both internal teams and third-party administrators.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work from the Luxembourg office (hybrid model).
