What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the oncology portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and national brand messages.
• Design and implement integrated go-to-market and omnichannel engagement strategies for specialist and hospital stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, agencies, and timelines to ensure high-quality delivery of promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory teams to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Establish dashboards and reporting to track brand performance and optimize customer interactions.
• Conduct regular field visits and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Master Degree in business, economics, pharmacology, or biomedical sciences.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing within Israel, specifically in hematology or oncology.
• Proven track record of leading brands in competitive, access-restricted environments.
• Strong strategic capability combined with hands-on execution and operational discipline.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
