What you will do

• Design high-conversion assets for ads, landing pages, emails, and social media.
• Develop professional decks and marketing collateral to support business growth.
• Implement and refine an AI-assisted design workflow to increase efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with a lean design team to push the visual boundaries of the brand.
• Own the execution of marketing projects from concept to final delivery.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a marketing designer within the tech or SaaS industry.
• AI-native mindset with a proven, embedded AI-assisted design workflow.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating both traditional design craft and AI-augmented results.
• B.A. in Visual Communication.
• Ability to work in a mature, self-directed manner within an existing team.
