What you will do

• Support research and strategy requests, including special reporting for the Korean HQ.
• Take ownership of the Intel Calendar and reporting requests for top management.
• Collaborate with client-facing and corporate services teams on strategic projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal business processes.
• Support agency culture through internal communications and culture initiatives.
• Enhance employer branding and visibility in Germany and Europe via social media and the company website.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or a related field (completed or in advanced stages).
• Previous internship experience within an international environment.
• Proficiency in English (official company language).
• Strong data analysis and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
• Digital savviness and a willingness to experiment and learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or Korean languages.
