What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of rural clients independently and in support of Rural Managers.
• Perform annual credit reviews and undertake detailed financial analysis.
• Monitor and expand Rural Branch accounts.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement within the branch operations.

Requirements

• Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
• Residing in Bunbury or surrounds, or be willing to relocate.
• Understanding of banking/lending policies and procedures (ideal).
• Knowledge of or a strong interest in the rural industry.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
