What you will do

• Lead the AI and analytics AML product strategy and roadmap, aligning with the company's overall vision.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to define requirements and drive product execution from concept to launch.
• Apply machine learning and data analytics expertise to enhance product capabilities and drive innovation.
• Engage directly with banks and financial institutions to gather actionable feedback and align product functionality with real-world needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including feature prioritization, release planning, and performance monitoring.
• Define and track KPIs and metrics to measure the success and optimization of AI and analytics products.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Raanana, Israel to support the hybrid office model.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically focusing on SaaS, machine learning, or analytics products.
• 3+ years of previous experience in AML products or financial crime detection solutions.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven track record of customer-facing roles, interacting with financial institutions and presenting solutions.
• Strong expertise in the AML domain, detection techniques, and financial institution challenges.
