What you will do

• Design and prototype multi-agent architectures, reasoning pipelines, tool-use frameworks, and orchestration layers using LLM orchestration, RAG, memory systems, and agent-to-agent communication.
• Own the end-to-end Labs pipeline: idea intake, feasibility assessment, prioritization, prototyping, and handoff to Product and R&D.
• Architect and develop early-stage product explorations to validate or invalidate ideas quickly.
• Drive applied AI and pricing model research, exploring algorithms, data approaches, and model architectures.
• Build and lead the Labs team, defining roles, hiring top talent, and fostering a culture of fast experimentation and technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in Gen-AI engineering leadership.
• Proven track record shipping production-grade Gen-AI applications.
• Hands-on expertise with LLM architectures, prompt engineering at scale, fine-tuning, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or equivalent).
• Deep understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, tool-use patterns, and multi-agent coordination.
• Experience designing rapid experimentation loops: hypothesis to prototype to decision in days.
• Experience hiring and growing high-performing AI engineering teams.
• Ability to context-switch between coding and leading without dropping quality.
• Fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot Workspace) and AI-native development environments.

• Exposure to pricing, revenue management, or demand forecasting domains.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or decision-making under uncertainty.
