Salary: $266,000 - $372,400 USD

What you will do

• Act as a primary liaison between Reddit and holding companies to develop strategic programs and partnerships.
• Formulate and execute quarterly and annual agency go-to-market strategies aligned with global corporate objectives.
• Negotiate and lead the execution of agency partnership agreements.
• Lead educational training to establish best practices for utilizing Reddit's platform.
• Provide advertiser insights and needs to Product Marketing and Product teams to influence new features.
• Partner with sales teams to accelerate both net-new advertiser acquisition and growth of existing accounts.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in advertising sales and agency relationship management.
• Deep familiarity with the WPP / HoldCo ecosystem and established relationships across key agencies.
• Proven expertise in cultivating relationships with C-Suite and VP-level agency decision-makers.
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial approach to solving product, process, and client challenges.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
