What you will do

• Develop and execute the end-to-end communications strategy in collaboration with the CEO and executive leadership team.
• Manage internal communications rhythms, including all-hands and leadership messaging for over 400 employees.
• Translate technical product strategy into consistent narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Enhance leadership visibility through thought leadership platforms, media positioning, and conference presence.
• Lead crisis communications and manage external messaging under pressure.
• Collaborate with external agencies to grow earned media presence and track performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a communications professional with a track record of driving high impact as an individual contributor.
• Technical acumen to translate complex product features into journalistic narratives.
• Strong content creation skills across multiple mediums, including writing and video.
• Understanding of the strategic use of AI and agents in modern communications.
• Expertise in category creation and world-class narrative building.
