What you will do
- Provide technical support for hardware infrastructure and software applications in end-user environments.
- Manage and resolve tickets within Incident and Service Request Management processes.
- Prepare IT equipment according to workplace requirements and maintain multimedia installations in meeting rooms.
- Coordinate employee workstation relocations, primarily within the Zurich office.
- Oversee hardware lifecycle, inventory management, and global distribution of IT materials.
- Collaborate on IT projects, rollouts, and technical event management.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in IT or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong experience in IT support, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Expertise in Windows 11, M365, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of networking, IP telephony, and printing systems.
- Familiarity with multimedia and conferencing systems for virtual meetings.
- Fluent in German and English.

- Conversational proficiency in French or other languages.
